Choggiung Educational Endowment Foundation (CEEF) was created to encourage Choggiung shareholders to seek higher education. To do so, scholarships are awarded to shareholders pursuing college degrees, short term training, or career enhancement opportunities.
Eligible individuals include any Choggiung Ltd. Shareholder who is a high school graduate or has their GED.
This program is intended for students enrolled full time (12 or more credit hours) in a qualifying, post secondary educational institution. Scholarships for this program are awarded once per year. The next application deadline is Tuesday, April 30, 2020. Staff will notify applicants of scholarships awarded and the alternates after the June 2020 Board Meeting.
The purpose for this scholarship is to provide assistance to Shareholders who wish to enhance their employability by taking a class, workshop or training event. Applicants may apply more than one time per year, however, the amount awarded per year must not exceed $500. Career/Work Enhancement scholarships are awarded throughout the year until funds are depleted.
