Choggiung Investment Company, LLC

Choggiung Investment Company, LLC (CIC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Choggiung, Ltd. When CIC was incorporated in 1994, all Choggiung buildings and land under the buildings were transferred to CIC to protect the corporate veil.
With headquarters in Dillingham, CIC provides commercial leases, operates eight residential apartment buildings, and rents indoor/outdoor storage space. As the sole owner of its subsidiary, Quvaq, LLC dba The Bristol Inn and Bayside Diner, CIC also provides administrative support and maintenance for the hotel and restaurant.
