42nd Annual Shareholder’s Meeting

The 42nd annual meeting of shareholders will be held at the Dillingham Elementary School Gym on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Registration is from 10:00 a.m. – 1 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to elect 3 Board of Directors to 3 year terms. Proxy material will be mailed to shareholders on January 22, 2016.
Shareholders whose proxies are received by Monday, February 29, 2016 will be eligible for cash prizes.
