The impact of the COVID-19 virus has made us all mindful of how we work, socialize and conduct our regular activities. In order to minimize the risk to our staff and community, the Choggiung Limited Office in Dillingham is closed to the public and has limited staff available during the week.

(Residential Tenants) Emergency Work Orders: Please contact 907-312-3593 to report any issues that need immediate attention. 

For your convenience, a DROP BOX has been placed outside the main office door and will be checked daily; rental payments and other documents may be dropped here. In order to comply with social distancing mandates, we strongly encourage you to make payments by phone, mail or through online bill pay through your bank.
