The 39th annual meeting of shareholders will be held at the Dillingham Elementary School Gym on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect 3 Board of Directors to 3 year terms. Proxy material will be mailed out in January.
